The grill we are using is a ceramic grill with a heat-deflecting stone on the bottom grates. When the grill is heated to 350°F, place the chicken wings directly on the grill grates in a single layer.

- Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer over indirect heat on a grill preheated to 350°F to 375°F.

- After 30 minutes, flip each wing with tongs so they cook evenly on both sides.

- Continue grilling for another 20 to 30 minutes, until the wings are golden brown, crispy, and cooked through.

- Transfer the wings to a large bowl, toss with your favorite wing sauce until evenly coated, and serve immediately.
Honey Buffalo Sauce
For a quick homemade wing sauce, combine melted butter, buffalo sauce, and honey until smooth, then toss with the cooked wings.

Serving and Storage

Instructions
- Ceramic Grill– Place a heat deflector and heat the grill to 350-375°FPellet Grill– Heat grill to 375°FGas Grill– Turn on one side and heat to 375°F
- Place chicken wings in a bowl or plate, add avocado oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper. If using a dry rub, replace the salt and pepper and add it now. Mix to coat each chicken wing.
- Place the wings directly onto the grill grate in a single layer. If using a gas grill add the wings to the side without the flame on.
- Allow wings to cook for 30 minutes. Flip each wing over and rearrange any wings if needed. For example, the outside of our ceramic grill gets hotter than the center.
- After flipping the wings over, allow them to cook for an additional 20-30 minutes. Total cook time is 50-60 minutes or until they are golden on all sides.Remove wings from the grill and serve or toss in your favorite sauce.
