Layer thinly sliced avocado across toast and season with bagel seasoning. If you don't like the bagel seasoning then season the avocado slices with salt and pepper. Garnish the Salmon toast with rainbow micro greens. You can also do thinly sliced purple onions for more flavor and color.
Peanut Butter Toast
Spread a layer of peanut butter or your favorite nut butter on toast. Add thinly sliced granny smith apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then drizzle with honey.
