Tropical Green Smoothie
This green smoothie is packed with nutrients and has a sweet tropical taste.
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Or you can use any kind of nut milk or coconut water
I used baby kale and spinach, or just spinach.
Frozen Tropical Fruit (Mango, Pineapple, and Peaches)
Frozen or Regular Banana
Add everything to blender and start on low speed then gradually increase once everything is incorporated. If Smoothie is too thick then add a splash of liquid.
Other add-ins: Cashews, Hemp Seeds, Chia Seeds, Yogurt, or Vanilla Protein Powder for a more filling smoothie.
