Ceramic Grill- Place a heat deflector and heat the grill to 350-375°FPellet Grill- Heat grill to 375°FGas Grill- Turn on one side and heat to 375°F
Place chicken wings in a bowl or plate, add avocado oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper. If using a dry rub, replace the salt and pepper and add it now. Mix to coat each chicken wing.
Place the wings directly onto the grill grate in a single layer. If using a gas grill add the wings to the side without the flame on.
Allow wings to cook for 30 minutes. Flip each wing over and rearrange any wings if needed. For example, the outside of our ceramic grill gets hotter than the center.
After flipping the wings over, allow them to cook for an additional 20-30 minutes. Total cook time is 50-60 minutes or until they are golden on all sides.Remove wings from the grill and serve or toss in your favorite sauce.
