Place a teaspoon of cream cheese in the middle of the wonton wrapper, dip your finger in water and run it across the edges of the wrapper. Then fold the wrapper over to meet in a triangle. Seal the edges and press out any air pockets.

Notes
Keep the wonton wrappers in the bag and only remove one at a time so they don't dry out. If you need to make them ahead of time, fold all the wontons and place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. Then place in a freezer safe bag or container for up 1 month. Keep in mind that frozen wontons may need more time to cook, but check after 10 minutes.More Thai Appetizer Recipes:Chicken SatayThai Fried Spring RollsCrispy Cheese Rolls
