Grilled Thai Pork Skewers

Grilled Thai Pork Skewers (aka Moo Ping) are a must make Thai street food. Seasoned pork that is on skewers and grilled to juicy perfection. 

You will want to serve the Moo Ping right after you pull them off the grill. A tip is to wrap the pork in foil to keep it warm.

Prep the meat by slicing into pieces. Then create the marinade for the pork to soak in.

Once you have the pork skewered, place on the grill over direct heat for a couple minutes on each side.
