Thai Fried  Spring Rolls

Crispy Thai Spring rolls made with a chicken and veggie filling, then fried until golden brown. A great appetizer with a Thai sweet chili dipping sauce


+ Ground chicken or pork + Vermicelli Noodles + Shiitake mushrooms + Cilantro stems + Soy sauce + Eggs + Salt & Pepper

Prep your ingredients

Mix all ingredients together to make filling. Start Wrapping Spring Rolls by placing a large spoonful of filling in middle and fold the side over, then roll up tightly.

Fry Spring Rolls until golden and crispy

Fry in batches to not overcrowd the pan.

Enjoy Spring Rolls with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
