Instant Pot Chicken Tamales

 Rinse and Soak Corn Husks until soft. Then allow them to dry completely. Do not use wet husks to make tamales.

Spread Masa on Corn Husk in a even layer in the middle of the husk.

Add Filling, this is Salsa Verde Chicken. But you can use any filling you prefer.

Wrap all your Tamales and keep refrigerated or begin cooking them.

Add 1 cup water to Instant Pot. Place trivet or steam basket inside.  Stand tamales upright inside instant pot

Cook high pressure 30 min
