Crispy Rice Paper Chips are an easy snack to make. Rice paper sheets are fried in oil and cook almost instantly. The result is a light and airy chip!

You'll need Dried Rice Paper sheets like this. I can find them as an Asian market and some grocery chains.

Cut the rice paper with kitchen shears into smaller pieces.

Place cut rice paper into hot oil, 350°F and it will start to puff up immediately.

Carefully remove the puffed rice paper with tongs and place it on a paper towel-lined plate.

Season the Rice Paper Chips with Salt or your favorite seasoniong.

You can also top them with a leftover salmon salad
