Baked Apple Empanadas

Baked Apple Empanadas made easy with premade pie crusts, a simple apple filling, and baked until golden.

Make Apple Filling- cook apples with cinnamon and sugar.

Cut pie crust into circles, roll out, and add cooled apple filling

Seal Empanadas & Cut slits on top.

Brush with egg wash Bake @350 F for  25 min
