Place the entire bag of Grown In Idaho Hand Cut Fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread out an even layer and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Carne Asada- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, salt, and pepper to diced steak. Cook steak in the skillet. If there is too much liquid, remove some of the liquid from the skillet and continue cooking steak until liquid evaporates and steak has a nice crust. Remove steak from skillet and leave pan drippings inside.
Cashew Queso- Place cashews, hot water, green chilis, nutritional yeast, and a pinch of salt into a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. The mixture will be thin. Heat a small skillet over medium-low heat and add blended mixture. Stir constantly for a few minutes until queso thickens. Cashew queso will thicken as it cools, so it's best to make right before serving the fries.
Smashed Avocado- Smash 2 avocados together, add lime and salt.
Once fries are cooked and crispy, add to the skillet where the carne asada was cooked in. Top with the steak, cashew queso, and smashed avocado. Optional garnish of cilantro, finely diced onion, or jalapeno for spice.
