Thai Fried  Fish Cake

Tod Mun Pla is a Thai Fried Fish Cake that's a popular street vendor and appetizer food in Thailand.

You'll need Fresh Tilapia, Red Curry Paste, Green Beans, Lime Leaves, Eggs, and Sugar.

The Fish, Red Curry Paste, Salt, Sugar, and Egg get place in a food processor. Mix until a thick paste is formed.

Then mix in the sliced green beans or Chinese long beans, and makrut lime leaves.

Make small patties and fry each side until golden brown.

Make a dipping sauce of diced cucumbers, sweet chili sauce, and crushed peanuts

Serve Fried Fish Cakes with Dipping Sauce as an Appetizer
