Chile de arbol salsa is just 3 main ingredients and water: - Tomatillos - Chile de Arbol -Garlic

Start by toasting the dried chile de arbol in a skillet for a couple minutes. Make sure they don't burn!

Then Roast Tomatillos until soft and charred. Turn off the heat and let them cool for 5 min.

Add Toasted Chile de Arbol to a blender with a splash of water and blend until a paste forms.  You can also use a food processor.

Then add tomatillos and garlic to blender. Add more water if salsa is too thick. Store in the Fridge up to 5 days.
