Skillet Shrimp Fajitas

Quick and Easy Skillet Shrimp Fajitas- One pan and ready in 20 minutes!

I always keep a bag of frozen shrimp (peeled and devained) for a quick and healthy dinner.

Ingredients for Shrimp Fajitas

Shrimp, Bell Peppers, Onion, Fajita Seasoning Mix, Tortillas, and Avocado or salsa for topping.

Typically when making steak or chicken fajitas, you need to marinate the meat for flavor and tenderness. But since shrimp is more delicate it will take on flavors easily without having to do a long marinade.

Cook the onions and bell peppers first until they caramelize. Then cook the shrimp just until done.

These fajitas need to be served right away. Otherwise, the shrimp will get overcooked the longer they sit on the heat.
