Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Chicken Tortilla Soup made in the instant pot for an easy meal that everyone can customize with their favorite toppings.

1 Can Diced Tomatoes

1 Can Corn

1 Can Black Beans

1 Cup Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients:

4 cups Chicken Broth

Add all ingredients to the instant pot and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.

For a Dairy Option- Add 1 Cup of Heavy cream or Half n Half at the very end.

Add Toppings like tortilla strips, shredded cheese, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, and hot sauce.
