Chocoflan is a Mexican dessert that combines chocolate cake and flan.  It is also referred to as 'Impossible Cake', because the layers reverse during the baking process.

It's a unique and beautiful cake that is great to serve for family gatherings or get togethers.

The ingredients are simple:

-Box Cake Mix -Cajeta -Cream Cheese -Eggs -Sweetened Condensed Milk -Evaporated Milk

The chocolate cake batter is added to the bottom, then the flan mixture on top. As it bakes the flan sinks to the bottom and the cake batter rises to the top.

The Chocoflan is baked in a water bath and covered in foil to ensure even baking and moisture to the cake.

Once Cake is done baking allow to cool on a rack for at least 1 hour before inverting it.
