Beef Chili with Sweet Potato

A thick and creamy chili made in the Instant Pot with ground beef, 3 beans, and sweet potato.

Ingredients: -Ground Beef -Beef bouillon -Chili Seasoning -Beans -Tomato Sauce -Sweet Potato

Brown ground beef in the instant pot or stove top then add all the remaining ingredients. Cook on high pressure for 25 min.

For stovetop, simmer for 45 min or until sweet potato is very tender. Mash sweet potato once done for a creamy chili.

Add toppings like cheese, avocado, green onions, sour cream, or jalapenos.

Store Leftovers in the refrigerator up to 5 days or Freeze up to 2 months.
