Shrimp, Tofu, Egg, Rice Noodles, and pad thai sauce.  Garnish with bean sprouts, onion, lime, and peanuts.

The homemade sauce is made by combining Tamarind paste, Fish sauce, and Sugar.

You can use any protein you like, this recipe has fried tofu and shrimp.

Pad Thai is best served immediately after cooking. You can prep all the ingredients and start cooking once you are ready to eat. Active cooking time is about 5 minutes.
